Managing day-to-day administrative functions of the office
processing customers order for products (invoices, updating delivery schedule and record)
Scheduling for installation and servicing of products
Assist in preparation and order fulfilment for local servicing
Contact customers regarding order quantity and handle phone calls/e-mails from customers
regarding order requests, enquiries, and concerns
Minimum GCE 'O' level
At least 2-3 years of working experience in providing administrative support.
Experience in retail industry will be an added advantage
