Job Responsibilities
- Source for potential M&A deal in Singapore and reach out to the company.
- Negotiate to make a deal to buy companies in comparatively cheaper than market capitalization.
- Presentation to director about the deal which include PMI (Post Merger Integration) plan.
- Any related job to run and manage the business.
Job Requirements
- Possess good understanding and knowledge of the local market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A business.
- Possess business acumen and strong communications.
- Possess strong negotiation skill.
- Experience in presenting Post Merger Integration (PMI) plan.
