Responsibilities:

• To be able to source (find) the M&A deal not just depends on the M&A intermediary.
• To create potential M&A prospects
• To make call and find companies which looking for sell
• To negotiate, to make a deal to buy companies in comparatively cheaper than market capitalizations
• To explain to director about the deal which include PMI (Post Merger Integration) plan
• Any related duties to run and manage the business

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5 years of experience in M&A business (buy side)
• Strong in Singapore M&A market
