Responsibility
  • Attend to visitors, incoming dispatch, and incoming & out going courier/documents and mails
  • Manage and answer phone calls & enquiries
  • Office supplies administration duties (office supplies & pantry items)
  • Verify and update invoices for expense processing
  • Staff support duties: corporate mobile phone management, employee phonebook card & Visitor pass/Building lift pass
  • Support Wellness and Employee Engagement program ( meals/refreshment arrangement for group meeting or training)
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in providing administrative support.
