Company : Manufacturing MNC
Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Supports company operations by maintaining office operations and procedures
  • Attend to walk-in visitors as well as phone calls and enquiries
  • Maintain filing system and employee contact listing
  • Assist with incoming dispatch and local courier collection
  • Ordering of office supplies and pantry items
  • Handle application of staff card, visitor pass & facilities management
  • Support ad-hoc assignments as assigned by manager
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in MNC environment, preferably with regional exposure
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in liaison with people from all levels
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Ability to multitask under fast-paced environment
