The role includes direct sales engagements with customers and involves collaboration with distributors product vendor and partners, and internal resources including members of Pre-Sales Consultants, Business Development and Insight Sales. The Sales Manager needs to leverage the existing ecosystems in their mission to accomplish the sales revenue target.
- Prospect and develop up-sell/cross-sell/new business opportunities in the accounts within given industries/sectors
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.
- Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
- Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments
- Build credibility of the organization with the customers.
- Understand and articulate the company's value proposition
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with all respective customers
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2-3 years of System Integrator Sales experience
- Able to strategize and build strong rapport with customers
- Motivated professional with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Experienced in handling FSI and other commercial accounts will be added advantage
