The role includes direct sales engagements with customers and involves collaboration with distributors product vendor and partners, and internal resources including members of Pre-Sales Consultants, Business Development and Insight Sales. The Sales Manager needs to leverage the existing ecosystems in their mission to accomplish the sales revenue target.
Prospect and develop up-sell/cross-sell/new business opportunities in the accounts within given industries/sectors
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.
Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments
Build credibility of the organization with the customers.
Understand and articulate the company's value proposition
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with all respective customers
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
2-3 years of System Integrator Sales experience
Able to strategize and build strong rapport with customers
Motivated professional with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Experienced in handling FSI and other commercial accounts will be added advantage
