- Support the existing sales team in managing a portfolio of SME customers
- Develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships with customers
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
- Successfully renewed existing customer contracts (exclude account closure/ termination)
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
- Involve in customer-related activities in pre-sales and post-sales services
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Client management or Account Management.
- Strong in interpersonal skill, negotiation, presentation will be an added advantage.
