Responsible for the upkeeping and maintaining of HR Administrative tasks not limited to employee data, onboarding, offboarding, internal database and assisting in the hiring process.
Respond to employees’ queries related to HR matters.
Filing and maintain up-to-date file records (e.g. employee information and leave records) and provide relevant information as needed.
Assist in Government related claims.
Support Hiring Team in managing job postings, screening and updating application status.
Set up and schedule meetings for interviewees, Hiring Managers and Department Heads.
Support HR projects and initiatives.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, prior working experience in Japanese MNC is an advantage.
Thorough knowledge of labour laws & regulations including and not limited to TAFEP, MOM & Employment Act.
Possess Japanese Language skill (Business Communication Level) is highly preferred, as to liaise with Japan HQ.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.
Meticulous and good communication skills.
Able to start work immediately (October 2020) and commit for the entire contract duration.
Other Information:
One (1) Year Contract (Extendable/Renewable/Convertible based on work performance).
Working Location: CBD.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm.
