  • Responsible for the upkeeping and maintaining of HR administrative tasks such as employee data, onboarding and offboarding matters etc.
  • Support the hiring managers with recruitment activities e.g. managing job postings, screening and updating application status
  • Schedule meetings and interviews with hiring managers and interviewees
  • Assist in government related claims
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Perform other adhoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Min 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Possess knowledge of labour laws & regulations including and not limited to TAFEP, MOM & Employment Act
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work under fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skill
