Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the upkeeping and maintaining of HR administrative tasks such as employee data, onboarding and offboarding matters etc.
- Support the hiring managers with recruitment activities e.g. managing job postings, screening and updating application status
- Schedule meetings and interviews with hiring managers and interviewees
- Assist in government related claims
- Support HR projects and initiatives
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Min 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Possess knowledge of labour laws & regulations including and not limited to TAFEP, MOM & Employment Act
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work under fast-paced environment
- Good communication skill
