Responsibility
- Perform calendar management
- Send meeting invites to invitees
- Schedule/Reschedule meetings accord to availability of Manager
- Booking venue for meetings upon schedule
- Monthly travel and Expenses claims
- Preparing meeting materials printing required by manager
- Prepare visa or travel arrangement (Travel documents, passport availability, hotel arrangement, etc.)
- Arrange and set up working desk for newcomers
- Update organization document and filings.
Requirements
- Minimum O level
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in providing team secretary support.
- Experience in MNC will be an added advantage.
