Booking venue for meetings upon schedule
Monthly travel and Expenses claims
Preparing meeting materials printing required by manager
Prepare visa or travel arrangement (Travel documents, passport availability, hotel arrangement, etc.)
Arrange and set up working desk for newcomers
Update organization document and filings.
Minimum O level
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in providing team secretary support.
Experience in MNC will be an added advantage.
