✓ Company : Medical equipment MNC
✓ Working hours : Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Assist with order processing, quotations and billing matters
- Handle customers’ enquiries related to product and delivery info
- Support credit note processing invoice re-issuance
- Ensure incoming orders are in accordance to agreed pricing and commercial terms before processing of orders
- Liaise with internal departments for procurement and delivery matters
- Track and monitor active orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
- Possess min ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Possess at least 3 years of customer service experience
- Possess SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Has prior shipping knowledge and LC documentation.
- Understanding of order and quote processing
