✓ Company : Medical equipment MNC

✓ Working hours : Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm


  • Assist with order processing, quotations and billing matters
  • Handle customers’ enquiries related to product and delivery info
  • Support credit note processing invoice re-issuance
  • Ensure incoming orders are in accordance to agreed pricing and commercial terms before processing of orders
  • Liaise with internal departments for procurement and delivery matters
  • Track and monitor active orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Possess min ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Possess at least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Possess SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Has prior shipping knowledge and LC documentation.
  • Understanding of order and quote processing
