Company : Well-established MNC
Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

  • Provide administrative support for identified Director and the associated Team members 
  • Apply visa for business travel in a timely manner
  • Make travel arrangement and assist with monthly expense claims
  • Assist with scheduling of meetings, video conference setup and teleconference
  • Booking of meeting rooms via internal booking system & daily booking of discussion rooms
  • Raise Purchase Order through SAP, perform goods in the system and follow up for payment
  • Track all invoices and payments properly against budget including annual accruals
  • Provide On-Boarding / Off-Boarding upon request
  • Participate in team meetings, record action items/minutes, co-ordinate updating of slides and follow-up

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in MNC environment, preferably with regional exposure
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in liaison with people from all levels
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Ability to multitask under fast-paced environment
