Responsibilities:
• to handle all incoming calls in a professional manner
• to receive/greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
• to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of reception area and meeting rooms
• to handle internal/external mail courier and franking of letters
• to handle collection and dispatch of daily incoming mails
• to perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
