Responsibility
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Filing and Documentation and ensure data is process updated and accurate
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Coordinate on upcoming events activity
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma level
- at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in sales support function
- Proficiency in MS office.
