Responsibility
- Customer management (renewal, updates, customer services)
- Provide sales support on order processing (Pricing, Quotation)
- Lead Time , MOQ , MSQ , Stock Availability , EOL
- Liase with operation team in orders & delivery
- Consolidate and check monthly POS report to be submitted in time from partner
- Consolidate forecast report from partners
- Co-marketing funds with partners / MDF process
- Update and maintain marketing activities
Requirements
- At least a Diploma or equivalent in accounts or administrative field.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in sales support functions.
- Experience in Salesforce will be an added advantage
