Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing of Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order
• Liaise with caterer on ordering of lunch
• Perform entry of invoice
• Perform checking of inventory stock
• Handle purchasing of assigned products
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Diploma/ NITEC/ 'O' Level or equivalent
• Some prior working experience in general administrative duties
• Fast-learner
• Willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
