► Shift Work, Office Hour 8am – 5.30pm, 8.30am-6pm
► Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

 

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to inbound calls
  • Attending to call back requests from customers
  • Ensure follow up on cases escalated
  • Filing of claims for customer 
  • Concession related matters 
  • Point to point enquiries from customer
  • Perform simple investigation for cases
  • Attending to emails enquiry when necessary
  • Assist with mentoring new hires
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holders with 2 years related experience
  • Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred
  • Have some experience in mentoring or supervising interns / new hires
