✓ Portfolio : To support the HR Specialist with all HR Operations matters
Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end support for all recruitment activities
- Responsible for payroll management and processing - reviewing & checking of payroll information
- Support work pass applications
- On-boarding process and updating of employee database in system
- In-charge of HR administration duties e.g. leave management and P-file
- Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedure
- Liaise and works closely with payroll vendor
- Other HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A Diploma / Degree holder in HRM or related
- Min 4 to 5 years of related experience, preferably with MNC exposure
- Excellent communication skills
- A problem solver with ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
