✓ Working hours: Shift work, required to work on weekends, 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH
✓ Location : Central area
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for customers enquiries and requests
- Record and perform necessary follow up on escalated cases
- Assist customers with filing of claims (e.g. failure to exit, double deduction) and concession related matters (e.g. lost card)
- Perform simple investigation for cases accordingly
- Attend to email enquiries when necessary
- Provide guidance and mentoring to new hires
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holders in any field
- Possess prior customer service experience (preferably in call centre environment)
- Have some experience in mentoring or supervising interns / new hires
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (to attend to Chinese-speaking customers)
