Responsibility

  • Attending to inbound calls and call back requests 
  • follow up on cases escalated and Filing of claims for customer when needed
  • Managing customer card replacement, extension, application issue
  • Answering enquiries from customer
  • Perform simple investigation for cases and record down details
  • Attending to emails enquiry when necessary
  • Assist with mentoring new hires
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma
  • 1 year of working experience in relevant sector
  • No experience are welcome to applied
  • Willing to work in weekends. (5 days rotation work week except holiday)
