Responsibility
- Attending to inbound calls and call back requests
- follow up on cases escalated and Filing of claims for customer when needed
- Managing customer card replacement, extension, application issue
- Answering enquiries from customer
- Perform simple investigation for cases and record down details
- Attending to emails enquiry when necessary
- Assist with mentoring new hires
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- 1 year of working experience in relevant sector
- No experience are welcome to applied
- Willing to work in weekends. (5 days rotation work week except holiday)
