• Plan the business transformation strategy to meet the supply requirements of our customers and improve product performances.
• Develop and strengthen the company's continuous improvement culture.
• Develop talent development framework to expand as well as sustain the company's long term production capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership in transforming a manufacturing organization through automation, digitalization, reliability and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated effective change leadership across a global, multicultural functional organization
• Ability to handle multiple projects/priorities/stakeholders under challenging conditions
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally to support the job scope
