Responsibilities:
- As part of Sales & Project Marketing Branch, you are responsible in providing status of all sales and marketing activities
- Support sales and marketing initiatives such as seminar, training workshops, marketing and PR events
- Assist project team with admin task e.g. processing of new project submission, payment processing, quotation etc.
- Provide sales and logistics support to customers
- Attend to customer enquiries related to company's services e.g. equipment installation, design
- Perform proper documentation and record of correspondence
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
- Possess 1 year of working experience in sales support and admin function
- Candidates with no prior working experience are welcomed to apply.
- Some knowledge in SAP would be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good communication skills
