- Technical Product management in support of new product ideas to enhance overall product & service offerings
- Technical product support of new model introductions. Go-to-person for customers’ technical queries
- Conducts feasibility studies and sample bonding
- Builds-up strong technical know-how on product / problem solving via structured knowledge transfer between the Product Line, the R&D team and the different regional support centers
- Builds up strong new / extended module features in anticipation of existing & future customer demands
- Utilising JIRA for defining SW requirements
- Key contact point for Pre- & After Sales Support to conduct evaluations, benchmarks and demos
- Establishes good customer relationship on technical level with all key accounts assigned
- Coordinates and provides technical solutions / problems solving on customer issues
- Implement technical and quality issues solution on site
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex technical environment, 3 years in Product Support environment with customer engagement
- Experience within semiconductor equipment backend industry
- Able to perform moderately high frequency regional travels
