Responsibilities:
Purchases administration
- Manage vendors & suppliers, issuing and maintaining records of purchase orders of materials for sales orders/contracts
- Manage office purchases and requisitions of consumables, office stationery, printed stationery, photocopier, pantry supplies.
- Obtain competitive quotes, prepare comparisons, make recommendations
- Monitor inventory and cost control.
General administration
- Maintain operations and administrative files, workplace safety docs
- Handle tenancy matters, vehicles road tax/insurance renewal.
- Co-ordinate company events
- Other ad hoc matters as and when required.
Requirements:
- Degree with 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Detail oriented, skilled in people management and negotiation
- Self-starter, go getter and able to multi-task, meet deadlines and prompt in providing accurate data information
- Possesses strong communication skills and EQ
- Experience with MYOB is an advantage
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office
