Responsibilities:

Purchases administration

  • Manage vendors & suppliers, issuing and maintaining records of purchase orders of materials for sales orders/contracts
  • Manage office purchases and requisitions of consumables, office stationery, printed stationery, photocopier, pantry supplies.
  • Obtain competitive quotes, prepare comparisons, make recommendations
  • Monitor inventory and cost control.

 

General administration

  • Maintain operations and administrative files, workplace safety docs
  • Handle tenancy matters, vehicles road tax/insurance renewal.
  • Co-ordinate company events
  • Other ad hoc matters as and when required.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree with 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Detail oriented, skilled in people management and negotiation
  • Self-starter, go getter and able to multi-task, meet deadlines and prompt in providing accurate data information
  • Possesses strong communication skills and EQ
  • Experience with MYOB is an advantage
  • IT savvy and proficient in MS Office
