Responsibility
- Handling payroll matters
- Manage day-to-day employee related issues
- Manage on-boarding and departure of employees
- Oversee pass application and issuance matters for all foreign employees
- Manage all matters involving government organisations including the Labour Department (Ministry of Manpower) and other affiliated organisations
- Manage employees’ insurance claims and workmen compensation (WICI)
- Prepare all employment related reports as required by directors for internal and external use
- Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents
- Exercise sound understanding of Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirements
- Manage employee leaves, including sick leaves and annual leaves
- Staff welfare management
- Crisis management with prompt solutions provided and reports provided for higher management
- Execute all other tasks as instructed by HR Director/Senior Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration/HR related field
- More than 3 years of working expereince as HR Generalist
- Experience and understand in payroll process
- Experience in trade/ construction industry will be an added advantage
