- Office management duties (office supply inventory, onboarding of new staff, IT set ups, office equipment maintenance, etc.)
- Preparation of Research, analyse and compile data for reports, and create computerised presentation
- Records managements, documentation and filings on electronic and paper filing systems
- Provide secretarial support such as schedule/appointments management,
- Visitor/client service management.
- At least A level/College or Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in providing adminsitrative support will be an added advantage.
- Expereince in healthcare/research setting will be an added advantage
