✓ Company : Well established Manufacturing MNC


  • Provide end to end support for all recruitment activities
  • Responsible for payroll management and processing - reviewing & checking of payroll information
  • Support work pass applications
  • On-boarding process and updating of employee database in system
  • In-charge of HR administration duties e.g. leave management and P-file
  • Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedure
  • Liaise and works closely with payroll vendor
  • Other HR administrative duties as assigned


  • Diploma / Degree holder in HRM or related
  • At least 3 years of experience working in manufacturing MNC environment
  • Ability to cope and work in a fast-paced environment & handle tight deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and humble personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
