Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end support for all recruitment activities
- Responsible for payroll management and processing - reviewing & checking of payroll information
- Support work pass applications
- On-boarding process and updating of employee database in system
- In-charge of HR administration duties e.g. leave management and P-file
- Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedure
- Liaise and works closely with payroll vendor
- Other HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in HRM or related
- At least 3 years of experience working in manufacturing MNC environment
- Ability to cope and work in a fast-paced environment & handle tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn and humble personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
