Ensuring high quality and reliable support of daily processing needs with scalability and cost optimization
Checking control reports on client portfolio performance
Preparing customized statements
Issuing of reference letters and invoices
Support in ad hoc projects/UAT if required
Support relevant client queries
Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Degree qualified and preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Banking
Proficiency in MS Office software
Knowledge on various aspects of calculations involving client performances a plus
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
