Responsibility
- Provide asssitant on department budgets utilization including Purchase monitoring, Budget top up, procurement process, PO management, etc.
- Support ground operations of the following General Service portfolios: Security/Carpark Management Portering Management, Amenities Space, ManagementTransportation Management, Tele/AV Management
- Manage Tele/AV equipment and ensure they are always in good working condition, assist to active repair or replacement when required.
- Assist to attend to users’ feedback with regards to the above mentioned portfolios in the absence of portfolio leads.
- Assist in checking KPIs computation accuracy as requested by portfolio leads.
- Administrative such as reporting, collating and managing of documentation and filings in shared drive.
Requirements
- Minimum 'A' level/ Diploma or equivalent in Business administration or relavent subjects.
- at least 2-3 years of working experience in general ground operations
- Ability to work in fast pace organization
- Proficiency on MS office application.
