Responsibilities

• Effectively operate assigned processing and packaging equipment according to the standardized operating procedures guides and manual
• Render Correct cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment following good manufacturing practices
• Conduct checking and inspection of materials to ensure it meets specifications for processing and packaging of finished products
• Perform required basic product testing to ensure concentrates critical parameters meets the product and quality specifications before packaging
• Perform system (SAP) Applications for transacting process order, good receipt and inventory
• Follow proper chemical handling procedures, handling of hazardous materials, explosion proof protection along with other safety criteria
• Practice and adhere to current good manufacturing practices (GMP) , OE Eight (8) wastes and continuous improvement (Kaizen) Culture

Requirements

• Min NITEC Certification or above; or with at least 4 years of technical experience in food & Beverage industry would be preferred
• Familiar with Automation and production process
• Good manufacturing practices and food safety (Housekeeping, Personal Hygiene, pest control, access control, cleaning facility design)
