1-year Contract – Corporate Actions

Private Bank – Central West

Responsibilities:

• Process various corporate actions event
• Process entitlements to clients’ accounts
• Coordinates with Bank internal and external counter parties to ensure that daily BAU are met in accordance to bank preset protocols
• Monitor confirmation of entitlement and ensure entries posted on time with absolute accuracy

• Participate in UAT when required

• Settle Corporate Actions by Sorting and monitoring of incoming swifts from custodians

• Manage all queries pertaining to Corporate Actions within reasonable turnaround time

• Perform reconciliation of transactions reconcile clients’ positions against custodians

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder with 2 - 3 years of Corporate Actions settlement experience in Banks / Financial Institutions

• Open to 12 months contract employment

• Working location at Mappletree Business City (Central West)
