Responsibilities

• To work with project supervisor for project paper work such as floorplan updates, quantity summary updates, drawing confirmations, VO, etc.
• To collate, prepare and record VO works.
• To liaise with drafter for shop drawing preparation and revisions.
• To update project progress for claim purposes.
• To prepare job processing order for in factory and liaise with the fabrication of mock up, alteration, etc.
• To prepare procurement order (quantity summary, confirmed shop drawing) for overseas mass procurement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in construction and interior fit-out or joinery trade (ie. Carpentry fitments and door).
• Proficient in use of Autocad Software & 3D Max and understand construction floor plan.
