Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support coverage to customers and team members within South East Asia.
• Work closely with Sales and the customers in training, trouble shooting, maintenance, warranty and special projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification
• At least 3 – 5 years’ technical support experience in the following relevant Heavy Equipment and/or Commercial Vehicle industry:
  • Semi-Trailer
  • Road/Oil Tanker
  • Container Port Terminal
  • Heavy Vehicle Trucks & Bus
• Able to conduct onsite presentations on customers’ premises
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
• Must have the maturity and personality to be able to provide the customers with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passionate and committed to providing technical support to the customers.
