Responsibility
-managing the needs and demands of our customers’ on their queries on products and services
-maintaining accurate records of case details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
-Identify potential escalation cases and provide resolution to customer in a professional manner or escalate to CS Manager for further follow-up
-work closely with internal and external stakeholders to perform customer service duties
Requirements
-Minimum Diploma or equivalent
-2 years of working experience in customer service function
-Experiecne in using CRM system will be an added advantage
