Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the process improvement and people capability. Supports and coordinates products and material trials, continuous and process improvement projects, improvement teams root cause analysis and implementation
- Coordinate with Sales Leader for scheduling & priorities production plan and review of weekly/daily production planning with team and monitor production output
- Control cost of production and achieve maximum output at lowest possible cost
- Achieve and maintain consistency in quality of products, coordinate with quality team for stage & final inspection of FG
- Coordination with internal state holders equipment & facility management, and PM / RM / FG management
- Drive daily management & visual management system
- Drive execution of orders according to production process with committed quality, lead time, delivery accuracy and cost
- Lead / participate in sustainability goals, OHS initiatives, operational excellence and continuous improvement and accurate and on time machine operation breakdown report
- Coordinate product and material trials and work together with department manager to analyse related expenses and submit recommendations
- Identifies and shared best practices within the group (internal and external)
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree with 3 years Lean/Continues Improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
- Administration and Management – Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modelling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources
- Thorough understanding of Lean Manufacturing strategies including but not limited to 5S, standard work and material flow systems
- Direct leading experience in and exposure to continuous improvement and statistical process control
- Basic computer skills, basic presentation and report writing skills
