Our client is a well known Shipping Brand. Currently they are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join them as " Manager (Marine Insurance) ".

In this role, your key responsibilities will involve the following areas :

• Overseeing a small team in ensuring the effective processing of marine claims such as cargo, hull, crew & related P & I claims)
• Overseeing marine insurance renewals & negotiations
• Steering Loss Prevention initiatives
• Looked into continuous improvement in marine claims processing & procedures
• Liaising with P & I Club and different stakeholders on marine insurance matters
• Managing and developing staff career development

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree/ Diploma with 6 to 10 years relevant experience in marine claims with ship owner or ship management firms
• Possess good knowledge of marine insurance & P & I Club matters
• Proven supervisory skills
• Able to work well with set schedules
