Responsibilities

  • Lead team to improve customer service experience
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution 
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission 
  • Work with multiples parties in factor to achieve customer satification 


Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Optics Engineering 
  • 3-5 years preferably experience in semiconductor equipment machine related field
  • 3-5 years of leading a team in providing customer support 
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead multi-functional members
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
