Responsibilities
- Lead team to improve customer service experience
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Work with multiples parties in factor to achieve customer satification
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Optics Engineering
- 3-5 years preferably experience in semiconductor equipment machine related field
- 3-5 years of leading a team in providing customer support
- Ability to think strategically and to lead multi-functional members
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
