Responsibilities:
- To ensure and maintain high level of customer service by taking ownership of customer enquiries and handling of orders from receipt to the closure of sales
- Act as primary contact for customer enquiries, feedback and ensure order fulfillment are effectively managed according to business need
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Product Management, Planning and Logistics to deliver results consistent with the business strategy
- Build rapport and develop good work relationships to support internal partner and customer needs through appropriate and timely responsiveness
- Collaborate, coordinate and implement solutions in support of customers and cross functional partners while seeking the most optimal solution for both the customer and Eastman.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills, with SAP and SalesForce experience will be an advantage
- Able to commence within short notice / immediately
- Customer oriented, pro-active
