• Normal shift, 5 days’ work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team size of more than 10 technicians (direct & indirect reports)
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on equipment in an efficient manner to decrease downtime
• Manage teams of technicians that perform breakdown repair and routine maintenance
• Manage and update engineering drawings
• Arrange and conduct training for supervisors and technicians
• R&M budget planning and control
• Optimize the use of CMMS
• Liaise with vendor for repair, fabrication, and modification work
• Collaborate with members of maintenance, operations, and production to improve production uptime.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience working in a Chemical Manufacturing Industry; preferably with team leading experience (w/ large team of more than 10 technicians)
• Strong Familiarity with electrical & mechanical works
• Candidate must be comfortable with working location and typical “factory” working environment (e.g., dusty, noisy, smelly surroundings)
• Normal shift, 5 days’ work week.
