Responsibilities:

• Assist in all HR Administrative related matters
• Responsible in payroll processing for non-executive level in accurate and timely manner
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to GM and HODs
• Handle admin duties such as renewal of work passes and dormitories matters
• Office housekeeping and assist in ad-hoc projects
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Possess min 1 year of related HR and admin experience
• Possess good communication skills
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A good team player
