Responibility
- Ensure all patients/visitors to the hospital are well received and able to receive theinformation – directions to head to for Inpatient wards registration or SOC clinics
- Promote, encourage and assist visitors on the use of self-service functions via self-service kiosks or application
- ensure smooth running of electronic queuemanagement system
- Proactively assist patients entering or exiting vehicles, and calling for taxis as needed
- keep a record of all feedbacks obtained for necessary follow up and action
- Ensure all information and data are accurately capture in daily operations log are updated at the end of each shift/day, that
- Proper housekeeping and documentation
- Timely submission and upload of monthly report if required
- Prompt delivery of other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirement
- Minimum 'O' level
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer/patient service related position
- Multilingual skills will be an added advantage
