Responibility 

• Ensure all patients/visitors to the hospital are well received and able to receive theinformation – directions to head to for Inpatient wards registration or SOC clinics
• Promote, encourage and assist visitors on the use of self-service functions via self-service kiosks or application
• ensure smooth running of electronic queuemanagement system
• Proactively assist patients entering or exiting vehicles, and calling for taxis as needed
• keep a record of all feedbacks obtained for necessary follow up and action 
• Ensure all information and data are accurately capture in daily operations log are updated at the end of each shift/day, that
• Proper housekeeping and documentation 
• Timely submission and upload of monthly report if required
• Prompt delivery of other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirement 

• Minimum 'O' level
• At least 1 year of working experience in customer/patient service related position
• Multilingual skills will be an added advantage
