Responsibility
• Provide a high level of professional customer service at the Customer Service Counter and Call Centre
• Reply customer service emails in College’s generic e-mail account
• Logging/Closing cases in Case Management Module (TREX) to ensure that all cases/feedback are logged properly
• Prepare outgoing mails (Register, Local & Overseas) for postage
• Facilitate courier deliveries/pickups while ensuring proper record keeping. Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery/pickups
Requirements
• Minimum O level
• Prior experience in customer service/call center will be an added advantage
• No Experience are welcome to apply.
