Responsibilities
• Admin functions to support inter-department into achieving and optimizing its efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform daily store activities, including receiving, inspection and cycle count.
• Ensure store documentations are properly endorsed with correct filing.
• Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) and perform Goods Receive Note (GRN) in SAP,
• Assist to update and monitor PRF status report and relay the latest status to requestor.
• Handling house-keeping duties • Answering of breakdown calls (hotline) and post to group chat.
• Relay message via Whatsapp and phone call to yard technician.
• Update after breakdown is rectified.
• Update breakdown list (Monday to Sunday).
• Other administrative duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
• Minimum Nitec level or equivalent
• Preferably with store or warehouse related experience.
