Our client is a well established Shipping Brand. Currently they are looking for a well experienced candidate to join them as " Assistant Manager (Business Process Management/Digital Project Implementation)(Liner Shipping)".
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy planning and gap analysis
- Assist in implementing digital project across regions
- Assist in business process management involving in customer service area with liner shipping domain
- Data Analytics – through the use of Business Intelligence Tools and Operating System OPUS
- Implementing new digital tools
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Maritime related discipline and/or IT related discipline
- 5 years or so of working experience in liner Shipping (such as Customer Service, Shipping Documentation or Booking etc)
- Strong in MS Excel, Powerpoint or Google Spreadsheet etc
- IBM/COGNOS experience preferred
- Sound knowledge and relevant experience in liner shipping industry
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess an analytical mindset
