Our client is a well established Shipping Brand. Currently they are looking for a well experienced candidate to join them as " Assistant Manager (Business Process Management/Digital Project Implementation)(Liner Shipping)".

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategy planning and gap analysis
• Assist in implementing digital project across regions
• Assist in business process management involving in customer service area with liner shipping domain
• Data Analytics – through the use of Business Intelligence Tools and Operating System OPUS
• Implementing new digital tools

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Maritime related discipline and/or IT related discipline
• 5 years or so of working experience in liner Shipping (such as Customer Service, Shipping Documentation or Booking etc)
• Strong in MS Excel, Powerpoint or Google Spreadsheet etc
• IBM/COGNOS experience preferred
• Sound knowledge and relevant experience in liner shipping industry
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess an analytical mindset
