Responsibility
- Assist in general administration, procurement and operational processes within the departments
- Preparation for staff onboarding
- Coordination of meetings and minutes writing
- To provide day to day admin & operational support to the respective internal clients
- To organize and support internal and external meetings for the respective stakeholders
- To process and submit the day to day respective fund’s applications and claims
- Other duties or projects assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirement
- Minimum GCE 'O' level.
- At least 3 years of working experience in providing secretarial and administrative support
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
