Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to Finance Department on daily accounting duties.
- Prepare and process Trade & Non-Trade AP invoices and staff expenses claims.
- Month end AP reconciliation.
- Prepare payments voucher and issuance of cheques or online banking.
- Responsible for vendors queries.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assign
Requirements:
- Certificate in accounting or equivalent qualification with 3 years accounting working experience.
- Computer literate & proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge and hands on experiences in accounting system will be added advantage
