Responsible

• Provide proactive asistant to patient or visitor for upon arrival 
• Encourage customer on self-service kiosk or phone application for registration process
• Update daily operations log at the end of the day
• assist on administrative duties if required.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' level
• Experience in frontline customer service will be an added advantage
• Good customer service skills
• Comfortable to work in hospital settings
