Responsible
- Provide proactive asistant to patient or visitor for upon arrival
- Encourage customer on self-service kiosk or phone application for registration process
- Update daily operations log at the end of the day
- assist on administrative duties if required.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' level
- Experience in frontline customer service will be an added advantage
- Good customer service skills
- Comfortable to work in hospital settings
