Responsibility

• Provide administrative support for pre-admission, admission, transfer and dischargeof patients
• Schedule and confirm patients’ diagnostic appointments, surgeries or consultations
• Answering patient enquiries via different channel when needed. (re-direct phone calls, financial consultation, etc. )
• maintain, replensih and order stationery, forms, consumables, etc when required
• Assist with and participate in work process / quality improvement / special projects when needed
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirement

• Minimum GCE 'A' level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable with working shifts (on rotation; morning, afternoon and night)
• comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and indifferent clinics when needed
