Our client is a well established Shipping Brand. Currently they are looking for a well experienced candidate to join them as " Payroll Specialist (with HR Shared Services Experience as a bonus)".

In this role, your key responsibilities will involve the following areas :

• Assist with leave administration
• Monthly payroll of local and overseas staff
• Prepare consolidated payroll for management review 
• Be involved in regulatory surveys, audits and system / process initiatives on payroll matters
• Review and ensure payroll procedures are aligned with corporate governance controls

Requirements:

• Holds a Diploma or Degree with 4 years or more of relevant payroll experience, handling a headcount of 500 or more.
• Good work applications of Singapore labor law / IRAS requirements in relation to payroll and tax declarations.
• Meticulous and analytical
• Good team player and a multi-tasker
