Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain customer/vendors/3PL master data in SAP
• Process and follow-up on customer purchase orders
• Enter sales quotations, sales orders, delivery order and billing in SAP
• Follow-up on master data maintenance in SAP, logistics arrangement and documentation with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate payment process from customers
• Screen L/C and coordinate amendments
• Act as a contact window with banks on L/C related issues and documentation
• Support Insurance application and documents preparation/arrangement
• Liaise with customers for logistics and documentation requirements
• Maintain good customer relations by acting as an extension of the Sales team, responding to complaints from customers and providing after-sales support when required

Requirements:

• Diploma qualifications with 3 years of relevant experience in relation to containerised shipment, bulk/liquid cargo, chemical tankers, dangerous cargo business
• Knowledge of International Trade & Business Compliance
• Knowledge in L/C handling including bank negotiation
• Knowledge of order processing in petrochemical industry
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
